Service description
Binding Signature provides electronic signature and document workflow tools. Legal validity depends on applicable law and use case. You are responsible for determining whether e-signatures are appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware, impersonation, or interfering with security. We may suspend violating accounts.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
